An abbreviated list of the planning applications concerning Dover will be posted here each week. They can be viewed in full, along with all other district applications on the D.D.C. Planning Portal on this link;

Once the Committee meeting has been created a link to the meeting will be published on the page for that meeting on the Council’s website. When you click on the link you will be asked if you want to either get the Teams app or to watch on the web. Click on the web option: You will then be asked to either sign in or join the meeting anonymously. You should join anonymously. When the meeting starts you will be let in. There may be some extra steps to take if you join from a Mobile Phone or Smart Device. Always follow the instructions on screen.

The following are brief details of registered planning applications in Dover for the forthcoming week;

20/01151     Dover Marina Hotel and Spa Waterloo Crescent
Infill of area under first floor GS Balcony to front (SE) elevation. Removal of existing window and replacement with French doors.

Infill of area under first floor AW balcony, window to be replaced with door to front elevation and grassed area to be replaced this paving

Blocking of existing opening GS at upper ground floor level

20/00964     Site between Fishmongers Lane and Flying Horse Lane and Fronting King Street
Erection of a five storey NH building, change of use and conversion of existing buildings to incorporate 6 flexible use units (commercial/ retail/ restaurant) to ground floor, 14 additional self-contained flats to upper floors and the remodelling of existing 9 flats (partial demolition of 9 and 10 King Street and demolition of 1 Fishmonger Lane and 1-5 Flying Horse Lane)
