Repairs to guttering, stonework and mortar repairs (south east elevation of former lifeboat building only) and roof covering replacement to clock tower.

Erection of an outbuilding for ancillary use
21/00712    Former Castlemount School and Grounds Laureston Place
Ash – Cut back to trunk all branches overhanging 1, 2 and 3 Castlemount Avenue.

Variation of Condition 3 (opening times) to allow changes to opening times of planning permission DOV/18/01078 (application under Section 73)
21/00688    Chart House, 5A St Margaret’s Road, St Margaret’s Bay
Enlargement of 2no. rooflights to front roof slope.
21/00694    The Sheiling, Collingwood Road, St Margaret’s At Cliffe
Erection of single storey rear and side extensions with 4no. rooflights, front porch, replacement roof tiles, insertion of 3no. rooflights, and rear inset balcony with glass balustrade to existing roof, loft conversion, solar panels, raised rear patio with glassed roofed pergola and steps (existing garage and front porch to be demolished).
