20/01411     Protea House Waterloo Crescent
Conversion to residential to include erection of new & removal of existing partitions; creation of new openings; replacement of windows to rear elevation & repair of windows; creation of vent stack and replacement of glazed single storey addition. Works to roof to include replacement of felt to parapet gutters with GRP. (description has changed)
